Giving financially

Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand’ (1 Chronicles 29: 14)

As well as giving of your time, you will no doubt, also want to look at how you can contribute financially to developing the vision for God’s work here at Christ Church.

We are grateful for donations of any size, and we would encourage all those who are taxpayers, to consider completing a Gift Aid form to allow us to reclaim the tax on your giving (worth another 28% to Christ Church).

Standing Order/ Gift Aid forms

Standing Order/Gift Aid forms are always available at the back of the church (or on request from the Administrator, email: jill@cctg.co.uk ).

By committing to giving a fixed amount each month by standing order, it allows us to budget and plan for the year ahead.

The completion of the Gift Aid part of the form allows Christ Church to reclaim the tax on all financial gifts you make, whether by monthly standing order, or by one-off gifts.

Cheque payments

You can also give cheques on a one-off or regular basis by placing them in the offertory box.

Cash payments

If you are taxpayer we can still claim back the tax (28%) on any gifts, providing you complete a Gift Aid envelope for each gift. Gift Aid envelopes are available at the back of the church.
